Took 6 months to get agent change. We moved 1 block & premium went up 16%. They sent renewal certificate to wrong address. Was told credit card would be charged set amount, its still changing. Reps keep saying there's nothing they can do, but obviously there is. Everytime i have to go to this office, they passive aggressively say deal with it. Customer for 9 yrs, & this is how i expect to be treated?
They are great until you need something. Then all they can do is tell you they can't help! They can surely tell you they will raise your insurance premium though. After six years as a loyal customer I am done!!!!!!!!
I have Been with State Farm (Michael Fox) for over 6 years now and they have been incredible helpful . I was involved in a Wreck one time that was my fault , i did not have my insurance card on me Michael Fox Himself brought the card out to me , They have always treated me as if i were family .

The staff in this office has been incredibly helpful and patient with me. Anything from sending me extra calendars because their calendar is the one Dad is used to to answering my endless questions to advising me on policy issues. I have had nothing but positive, wonderful experiences with this office.
