Just got the worst haircut of my entire life. Monica did an absolutely awful job. She didn't listen to me, even after I restated my request twice. The took a handfull of my hair and just cut a clump out of it. I wouldn't ever recommend her again. If you want an actual haircut, request Nicole. She's actually good at what she does.
I think these guys are OK. Sometimes there is a wait during peak times. Some of the stylist are better than others, so you never know how your haircut will turn out. If you ask for a certain stylist they are either off, at lunch, or no longer work there. My experience is either good or so-so depending on my luck and when I go.
