Won't go back... worse mani/pedi ever.
Helen did my nails, and it was a a great experience! I got a gel manicure and had my eyebrows done within an hour, with great hand and back massages to accompany them!
Only giving 1 star because its required. The girl kept did not do what i asked her to do. Yes i had changed my mind a few times but i never hardly get my nails done and so i really wasnt sure...but once i was i showed her a pic and she started to do something else that looked horrible.... when i told her i didnt like it she threw a tantrum like a child and of course started speaking badly of me in her own language....the entire time someone else was removing her horrible work shebwas talking aggressively to the other nail techs and i just wanted to run....
This was the worst experience I ever had getting my nails done!!! After being there for 4.5 hrs. (that's right 4.5 hrs.!!!) because the girl completely botched my nails and the guy that mans the desk that I assume was the owner came over to correct her job and I had to soak off all nails from both hands. Between the chemical I soaked my fingertips in and the rough filing job done on my fingers my cuticles are raw, soar, and bleeding in a couple of spots. After all this I was still charged full price--not even a discount whatsoever. Needless to say I hope the $35 was worth it to them because they won't get anymore of my business. EVER AGAIN. It's definitely worth thinking twice before going there. If I could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would!! I will be reading the reviews regarding the next nail place I pick. If one does decide to try them all I can say is you've been warned and good luck. Your definitely going to need it.
I love getting pedicures here! It is ran very well! One of my favorite things is they give a short back message while your nails are drying@
