Overcrowded fitness gym. No real fight trainging. Not a real traing gym.
Best workout in a long time. Too many people at once but it was great.
Best gym by far. They are so inspiring its contagious from the staff to all the members. I fill motivated by the trainers in each of the work outs that I leave encouraged that I will beat my weight loss. If you want a serious workout that anybody can do no matter what level your on you need to give NFC a try.
I would give this company five stars but unfortunately they demand that I go into their location to cancel my membership. I would like to be able to that via email, fax, telephone, etc. All I can say is they need to get up to speed with modern technology because everybody else is and it's more convenient.
Awesome trainers, great atmosphere, amazing workouts. It's a great place to be.
