Do not ever do business with overhead door. They do not back up their product and will do everything possible to avoid a warranty claim. They told my mother that her garage door opener was hit by lightning and was not covered by warranty claim. This was absolutely bogus. Just a big pack of lies to avoid paying a warranty claim and replacing the unit for free. Considering that nothing else in the house was damaged, no breakers were tripped, no evidence of any lightning strike, and the fact that the garage door opener 10 feet away from it was not damaged either!

overcharged. Unehtical! lied!! Its a father and son duo. The father was the guy I dealt with. They quoted me $65 for a wireless garage door opener, then charged me $133. The same part was available on amazon for $20 and does not require any special installation. I was misled and lied to. Will never do business with them. Stay away from this business

This is a disappointment: We made an appointment for Friday at noon. at 12:20, my husband had taken off of work and called the company as no one had shown or called him. The company said their tech was running late and would call him. Although he waited at the house with his phone, he did not receive a call and no one arrived. I called to ask the company about the missed appointment and they claimed they "tried to call" but didn't get through (no missed calls on his phone) and did not go by the house because "it's too expensive to drive around" even though they had confirmed an appointment that same day, and my husband had told the company he was there waiting at the designated appointment time. We'll be using another business.
