I'm glad they answer the phone to answer questions you might have. There prices are very reasonable, not OVER THE TOP! If you get there early you will be in and out. Cool staff and Netflix in the break room to help pass the time. Over all GREAT!!!!!!

Too expensive! The mechanic showed up when they said he would. Did diagnostic, then force regen, and diagnostic after that regen. Couldn't see why parked regen could not be performed. Charged me $50 for showing up ok, $100 for diagnostic ok and $245 for labor ? Thats $395 for an hour and half of just hooking up to the laptop. I have Netflix on my phone so... thank you, but never again.
The best shop I have ever used. They actually care about their customers. Excellent professional service. Friendly hospitable people. And always a more than fair price.
