I was in your store to mail a box to my daughter, I got exceptional service from a young guy named Steven. He was helpful and just a joy to talk to. I bring packages by often, by far this was my best experience. Steven would be great at teaching his customer service skills to all employees. I'm thankful I decided to come to your location instead of the post office. It was a stress free experience.
Usage of computer is $1. Minimum starting with a credit card. Every minute is $1. On the computer and thats NOT including pages printed out. The other UPS location in Amarillo has better pricing. This is the 2nd time I've been to this UPS. You CAN NOT email ups and them print it off! I was called a liar in so many words. The employee called "a GEORGIA" location and I could hear his conversation loud & clear, while laughing. He missed understood me!! If he was not so focused on no, we don't do that hear and listened....HE WOULD OF KNOWN I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE STATE GEORGIA!! No apology was offered...just an awkward moment.
Awesome store and the owners and employees are very nice and helpful. Will definitely use again.
