Extremely rude employees. This is the most confusing, complicated place to get a Passport. I'm not even in a rush I just wanted one for next year so I can start traveling overseas but the lady is so unhappy with her job & unhelpful.
Never pick phone call.. Every time I call always goes to voice mail and after leave a message she never call back. I have no idea what's the reason to have a phone there.
They NEVER answer the phone and the lady is rude
