I would have gladly given this bus station 4 stars had the bathroom not been such a filthy disaster. Other than that; accommodations inside the station were comfortable, the big breakfast reasonably priced, very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for doing it right Amarillo! ~V

Right now i called to asked how much is the ticket to OKC TO EL PASO TX ..and they respond like a rude tone and after that i asked him a question and i heard that this man answered me "ughhhhh" i was like dam! They had a rude customer service !not even a star
They kept lieing about getting a driver and they haven't gotten any. They said that they will be here but no body has showed up . Worst experience ever
negitave 20 stars first a security guard should be helpful no trying to be harmfull. wouldn't call an police officer on a distressed citizen they need to loose thier crappy attitude i should sue them as a tickected passager. a security who wood have laid a hand on me is just stupid
Bus broke down and they took our bus with everyone's luggage on it and told us all, assured all of us our luggage would be moved onto our new bus well we get to Dallas and 4 people were missing their bags including me, so everystop on my way I was trying to find out what happened and was givin the short answer everytime that it would meet me in Gainesville,Ga , well no bag and I found out it could take 15 days so I'm forced to buy a new ticket an go back to Sacramento,Ca because this station mived my luggage elsewhere and Greyhound still doesn't know the location of my luggage.
