I swear that no one knows what is going on when a new semester starts. It is like pulling teeth trying to get textbooks, no one ever answers the phone, and I am never alerted when my books are ready for pick up, so I end up getting my books the day of class ( or in some cases, after the semester has already started! How convenient!) Why do I pay tuition to this institution, and have to fight to receive decent service at the bookstore? It is ridiculous, and I truly hope everyone can get it together in the coming semesters, because I am tired of this being a fight.
