The service is great, and so is the atmosphere. The sushi is probably one of the best in Amarillo, but when comparing it to locations in bigger cities and closer to the coast, I just can't rate the food quality that high. When in Amarillo and craving sushi, I would recommend this place however.
The atmosphere was posh and the sushi perfect. Wish I could say the same for the serivice. Went out with some friends and had dinner and cocktails, upon getting the check, I see four more cocktails that I, nor my party, did not order. I informed my waitress, and she said the bill was correct. I asked for the manager and his reply was: "I trust my staff, you are the one who has been drinking." Will never go back, what manipulative and disrespectful service.
Such a wonderful place to dine out at. Whether you are joining some friends or taking your significant other out for a date, this place is a go to. The food is amazing. I had the spicy tuna roll which was yummy! The lighting is just right to set the mood and ambiance. You have to ty it out!
The food is ok, I like the Steamed Gyoza, however, the staff changes hands so often, you never know what your going to get. One time you walk in it's great, the next, it's nasty, and they explain it off that it's a new cook, or new staff, always something, never consistent.
I wish we had one here in Ohio. Our server was fantastic . I had calamari and I was in heaven. We had several varieties of sushi and they were all good. I cannot wait to visit again.
