Good Donuts not a good place to eat all the time though
The lady at the register was getting my donuts and dropped one. Instead of leaving it and completing my order she picked it up off the floor and with the SAME glove finished getting the rest of my donuts. I told her I wanted a new batch since she didn't get a new glove. She gave me an attitude and acted like I was crazy for wanting clean donuts. Never going back.
Undecided about Dunkin, I prefer Donut stop, nothing bad to say about them though.
I'm from out of town but this has been our go to ice cream place when in town for 3 days every month for a meeting. Last night 7/18/17 we went in to get a cappuccino blast. The time we went in was 935 and the closing time was 10. There were 3 young girls working & a young man that was manager They acted rude and ran over and locked the front door Another family of 4 came in a different side door right after we did and the employees got on the ear piece talking loudly to her co workers to come lock the side door more people were coming in. Another 4 customers came in right after the family of 4 and it was the same scenario with all 3 employees saying lock the door . Hello it's not closing time ? There were 4 employees so they weren't short handed. As a business owner I was puzzled as were the other customers on their obvious dislike of having to wait on us. It wasn't like anyone walked in right at closing. It was about 20 -25 minutes before closing. All of the customers in line were talking among ourselves on the attitude of the 3 employees and that it was far from closing time. I hope this issue is addressed This will give me pause before returning to this store
